Located on Florida’s northeast shore, Palm Coast was one of the fastest growing areas in the country a few years ago. With banking and real estate woes, houses have steadily fallen to half their peak values. Among all MLS listings in Palm Coast, prices for single family homes start at around $50,000 and go up to over $2,500,000 for upscale beachfront homes in golf course subdivisions. According to at least one real estate website, many of the higher prices among homes not in jeopardy are a result of sellers’ unwillingness to accept the conditions of the current market.
